How you book

A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and a confirmation e-mail is sent; until then dates and prices are described as indicative and subject to availability. Travellers send tour details and preferred dates through a booking form on the site.

The Terms & Conditions state prices are quoted in US dollars per person, that the price depends on group size as shown on each tour page, that a non-refundable deposit of USD 600 per person is due at booking and that the balance is due before departure. Refunds are issued through the original payment channel, with bank transfer and currency conversion fees deducted.

The published schedule retains USD 200 per person for a cancellation more than two months before departure, USD 500 between one and two months, and USD 600 at less than one month; the balance is refunded. Rebooking to a future date is offered free where space allows, except for peak-season tours such as the Golden Eagle Festival. If the company cancels for insufficient sign-ups or events outside its control it offers an alternative or a refund. The Terms & Conditions page closes with a note that it is provided as a general template and should be reviewed by a lawyer before being relied on.
