How you book

No prices appear anywhere on the site. Every page repeats that the tours are 'completely flexible with your desire and your budget', so a quotation is issued per enquiry by e-mail, WhatsApp or Skype. Tour pages carry fixed group dates alongside an offer to run the same itinerary privately on any date from early June to the end of September. The office address is 12-10-40, Jasyl Bak, Ölgii; an earlier page gives 12-08-20, Jasyl Bak.

The 'Why choose us' page states that if a traveller cancels or delays a trip for any reason the deposit stays valid until they are ready to travel and may be passed to a friend or relative. No cancellation fee schedule is published.
