How you book

Quotes are requested via an online enquiry form or by phone (Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00). Personal consultation at the Munich office is by appointment. Every trip is private with its own guide; joining a group is not possible.

All payments, including the deposit, are made only against a payment security certificate (Sicherungsschein), which comes with the booking confirmation and invoice. A deposit of 20% of the price is then due, and the balance at the latest 28 days before departure. For contracts made later than 29 days before departure, the full price is due immediately.

The terms publish no fixed scale: on cancellation the company may claim reasonable compensation under § 651h BGB and must justify the amount on request. Cancellation is free if unavoidable, extraordinary circumstances at the destination significantly affect the trip.

Licence and membership
