How you book

Booking is made by completing and returning a booking form. The terms page requires a deposit of 30% of the tour price or $300 per person, whichever is greater; bookings made less than 30 days before departure are payable in full. A final invoice is sent about 30 days before departure and must be paid within 10 days. The site prints two phone numbers, +976 99100303 in the header and +976 99110303 in the footer.

A 'Make a payment / Pay Now' link sends customers to an external card-payment page at blue-wolf-payment.vercel.app.

Published refund scale on the land portion of the trip fee: 95% if cancelled more than 45 days before departure, 75% at 44-30 days, 50% at 29-15 days, 25% at 14-7 days and nothing at 6-0 days.

Licence and membership

No licence number published. The site states the company was honoured by the Mongolian Tourism Board as one of Mongolia's best tour operators and shows an 'Our accreditations' block without naming the bodies.
