Asia and Oceania specialist brand of the Madrid wholesale agency Frontia, S.A. (launched in 1990); the brand was created in 2004 by its Japanese-born founder and says it offers trips in more than 27 countries. It says more than 25,000 travellers have booked with it. On 2026-09-23 three Mongolia trips were listed: two private circuits with a Spanish-speaking guide (10 and 14 days, daily departures May–September 2026) and a single 15-day Naadam departure on 9 July 2026. Prices are per person by party size, include international flights, and have air taxes added.

How you book

Trips are requested through a quote form ('Pide presupuesto'). All prices are marked as indicative and are revised according to flight availability and the number of travellers. Naadam tickets require a passport copy for each traveller in advance. The Madrid office (Plaza de Santa Bárbara 4) receives visitors.

A deposit of 40% of the trip price is requested with the booking request; the remaining 60% is paid against delivery of the travel documents, no later than 20 working days before departure. Bookings made within 25 working days of departure are paid in full.

Cancellation charges: none up to 60 days before departure; 10% at 59–45 days; 20% at 44–30 days; 40% at 29–20 days; 60% at 19–9 days; 80% at 8–3 days; 100% within 48 hours of departure. Once issued, air tickets carry their own cancellation cost whatever the notice.
