The Mongolia page (browser title '5+ Mongolia Tour Packages From India @ Budget Price', heading 'Mongolia Tour Packages') showed three packages on 2026-09-23: an 8-day and a 5-day Mongolia package, and a 15-day Grand Trans-Siberian Express train tour from Moscow to Beijing that spends three days in Ulaanbaatar and Terelj. None of them shows a price or a departure date. All are sold by enquiry.

How you book

Packages are booked by enquiry, through the 'Enquire Now' form on each package, a WhatsApp link, email or phone. The site's customer login portal was marked as under maintenance on 2026-09-23. The package terms say packages can be customised and the final price is calculated from the itinerary in the confirmation email. Published prices apply to a minimum of two people sharing a twin room. Vouchers are sent 72 hours before departure once the package has been paid in full.

The payment schedule depends on the destination, booking date, inclusions and airline and hotel policies, and is set out in Dook's proposal. If a payment is missed, Dook may cancel the booking after trying to contact the traveller. Package prices exclude India's GST and TCS, which are charged on top. Under the Reserve Bank of India's rules, travellers must provide PAN details, and the foreign-currency part of the price is taken from their Basic Travel Quota. Overseas travel insurance is not included.

Once a booking is received: INR 5,000 per person, plus actual air-ticket and hotel cancellation charges and the visa fee if a visa has been applied for. 60–45 days before departure: 25% of the land cost plus INR 5,000 per person, ticket cancellation charges and the visa fee. 45–30 days: 50% of the land cost plus the same charges. 30–10 days: 75% of the land cost plus the same charges. Within 10 days: the full cost. Nothing is refunded for unused services.
