How you book

Book online by choosing a departure date, land only or with flights; air prices default to New York and other US and Canadian departure cities can be selected. Flights cannot be confirmed more than 11 months before departure. Reservations close 6 days before departure. Airport transfers are included only with Gate 1 airfare on the package dates. An early-booking price applied to bookings made by 8 October 2026.

A non-refundable deposit is due at booking and final payment 90 days before departure. Prices are per person in a shared twin room; single supplement $900 on this tour. Changes before final payment cost $50 per person.

Standard fees: up to 91 days before departure, $300 per person; 90 to 31 days, 50%; 30 to 2 days, 90% of the amount received (excluding travel protection, fees and ticketed airfare). Fees are never less than the non-refundable deposit.
