On 2026-09-23 its Mongolia page listed three trips. Eagle Festivals of Mongolia and Wilds of Mongolia are small-group trips with 2027 departures, and Nomads of Mongolia is a custom itinerary. The FAQ says GeoEx group trips to Mongolia are limited to 12 guests and led by a GeoEx trip leader with local guides.

How you book

Reservations are taken by phone (888-570-7108) or through a destination specialist. Group trips are priced on double occupancy. Travellers who want their own room pay a single supplement, and GeoEx will try to match solo travellers with a roommate of the same gender. Custom trips begin with a non-refundable itinerary development deposit, which is credited to the trip cost. GeoEx may cancel a group trip that is below its minimum (usually five people), with at least 30 days' notice and a full refund. An air desk can book international flights.

A minimum deposit of USD 500 per person is due at booking for group trips, or USD 1,000 per person for custom trips, by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. The balance is paid by check or card 120 days before departure or when the invoice arrives. GeoEx does not itemise trip costs.

Group trips: a non-refundable cancellation charge of USD 500–1,000 per traveller; 120–61 days before departure, 50% of the land cost; 60 days or less, no refund. Custom trips: a non-refundable charge of 35% of the trip cost; 120–91 days, 50% of the land cost; 90 days or less, no refund. Most group trips allow one free transfer of the deposit to another trip up to 120 days before departure.
