How you book

Every trip is designed on request through the contact form or by phone; the example itineraries are starting points. The London office is at Betima House, 168-172 Old Street, Clerkenwell. The site's structured data also lists +44 20 3993 6953 and a US number, +1 646 895 8368. A booking is binding once the deposit or full payment is received through itrvl and Jacada confirms in writing.

Bookings made more than 90 days ahead pay a deposit on confirmation (the amount is not stated on the terms page) and the balance 90 days before departure. Inside 90 days, full payment is due on confirmation. Payments are processed by itrvl.

Written cancellation. More than 91 days before departure: deposit only. 61-90 days: 50%. 60 days or less: 100%. Issued air tickets are refunded only as far as the airline refunds them. A name change counts as a cancellation.

Licence and membership

The terms name Jacada Travel Limited as the trip designer. Bookings and payments go through itrvl and Wilderness Concierge SEZC, and in-destination services come from Wilderness Travel SEZC or independent suppliers. The terms state the arrangements are not "package travel" under the UK Package Travel Regulations 2018, and disputes go to arbitration under Puerto Rico law. No ATOL or ABTA number is shown on the pages checked.
