How you book

Each tour has its own page under /tours and every page routes to an enquiry form; a separate 'Plan My Journey' form sits at /inquiry and the contact form carries a drop-down listing all 22 tours plus a custom option. The FAQ states a written quotation follows the enquiry and the booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid.

FAQ states a 30% deposit normally confirms a booking, with the balance due 60 days before the tour begins; different terms may apply to last-minute bookings, domestic flights and festival tickets, and instalments between deposit and balance may be arranged on request.
