How you book

Each tour page carries a per-person ladder from one traveller up to four or more, and the tours index shows the four-or-more rate. Custom itineraries are handled through the /tour-planning form.

Terms state a deposit of 20% of the total tour price per person at reservation, with the balance due 30 to 50 days before the tour as set out in the confirmation; a booking made inside 30 days is paid in full at the time of booking. Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer are accepted. Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change until paid in full.

Terms publish per-person fees: more than 30 days before the tour, 10% less applicable costs; 30 to 15 days, 30%; 14 to 7 days, 50%; 6 to 0 days, 100%.

Licence and membership

The company page describes the business as a licensed inbound tour operator approved by the Mongolian Tourism Association, and names partners including MIAT Mongolian Airlines and Holiday Inn. No licence number is published.
