How you book

Book online with the button next to a departure, by returning a booking form, or by phone; a place can be held by phone without obligation. Holidays are sold land only (joining in Ulaanbaatar) or flight inclusive from the UK. On 2026-09-23 neither Mongolia holiday page showed dates or prices because the live dates panel did not load, and the downloadable itineraries only list 2026 departures and say to call for prices.

Deposit normally £400 per person (some holidays need more), or £1,000 per person when booking within 60 days of departure. The balance is due 60 days before departure. Deposits can be paid by debit or credit card, bank transfer or cheque. The site offers a no-surcharge guarantee once a booking is confirmed.

Booking conditions: more than 60 days before departure, loss of deposit only; 59 to 32 days, 50% of the total holiday cost or the deposit, whichever is greater; 31 days or less, 100%. If the company cancels for lack of bookings it gives at least 6 weeks' notice and refunds in full.

Licence and membership

Air-inclusive holidays are ATOL protected (ATOL 2973); member of AITO. No Mongolian licence published.
