How you book

Group tours run on set departures; the company also designs tailor-made trips for solo travellers and larger groups. International flights are not included but can be booked on request. Airport transfers on the first and last days are included whoever books the flights. The company does not arrange visas but supplies invitation letters where needed. Travel insurance is a condition of joining.

Deposit usually GBP 400 per person for tours starting 10 weeks or more after booking; otherwise full payment. The balance is usually due 10 weeks before the tour. All prices are per person based on two sharing a twin or double room; single supplements apply to solo travellers unless a share can be arranged.

71 days or more before the tour: loss of deposit plus any non-refundable payments such as tour flights. 70-51 days: 40% of the tour cost (or the deposit if greater). 50-31 days: 70%. 30 days or less: 100%.

Member of the Travel Trust Association, membership no. Q2133 (trust-account protection for non-flight packages). Registered in England no. 8639634. No ATOL number is published.
