It sells one Mongolia tour (4-15 July 2027) built around a rural Naadam in Kharkhorin and Kazakh eagle hunters in Bayan-Ulgii, plus a Gobi pre-extension. The site gives two founding years for the brand (2009 and 2011), so none is recorded. The Mongolia landing-page FAQ still carries older figures (3-14 July 2026, US$7,800 for seven participants, a four-participant cap) that differ from the product page (US$9,800 for 4-8 participants, maximum group 8); the product-page figures are recorded here.

How you book

Booking starts with the form on the How to Book page (options: book the trip, request information or schedule a call). The product page showed 'Only 4 Spots Left' on the 2027 departure. The company reserves the right to add up to two participants above the stated maximum group. A second US number, +1 424 732 7365, and a mailing address in Valley Cottage, New York are also given. Each tour is led by Harry Fisch or Roberto Pazzi with an English-speaking local guide.

Prices are per person in US dollars, based on double occupancy; the single room supplement is US$1,130 on the main trip and US$450 on the Gobi extension. The cancellation page refers to a booking fee (non-refundable on some trips) and a second payment, but their amounts and due dates are set in the booking contract and not published.

181 or more days before departure: 50% of the booking fee is retained. 180-121 days: the booking fee and the second payment are retained, but if the second payment was paid on time, 50% of it can be credited to another trip departing 6-12 months after the cancellation. 120-61 days: as before, with 25% creditable. 60 days or less: 100% of all payments retained. No refunds for leaving a trip early or for unused services.

The site says travel arrangements are the legal responsibility of Trekking y Aventura, an official Spanish travel agency with licence C.I.MA 1038 (written as 'Trekking y Aventure ... c.i.ma 1038'). Nomad Photo Expeditions is a brand of Elite Line SL, Marqués de Urquijo 30, Madrid.
