Regent is a trading name of International Travel Connections Limited, part of the ITC travel group. Its Mongolia section listed two tailor-made private itineraries on 2026-09-23, both recorded here. A third product still advertised on the Mongolia page, 'Best of Mongolia', now redirects to the site's home page and is not recorded.

How you book

Mongolia trips are tailor-made and booked through a named Mongolia travel specialist by phone or the online enquiry form. Bookings are confirmed by telephone; the contract starts when Regent sends its confirmation invoice. International flights are not in the Mongolia prices and are quoted at booking. The contact page lists 020 7666 1258 for Caucasus, Central Asia, Middle East and long-haul enquiries; the Mongolia page shows 0117 321 1287. Office hours Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30 and Saturday 10:00-15:00.

A deposit is taken at booking (the amount is not published); the balance is due ten weeks before departure (twelve weeks for December departures). Bookings made after the balance date must be paid in full. Payment by cheque, debit, credit or charge card, or bank transfer. Amendments cost GBP 40 per change.

Up to 70 days before departure: loss of deposit. 70-56 days: 40% of the holiday price. 55-43 days: 50%. 42-31 days: 75%. 30 days or fewer: 100%. Where the charge is less than the deposit, the deposit is charged. Flight-inclusive bookings also pay the airline's cancellation charges, and some peak-season airline and hotel bookings carry different charges advised at cancellation.

Booking conditions give ATOL licence no. 2786 and ABTA licence no. V2359, and name International Travel Connections Limited, registered in England no. 8687765 in the page footers of the conditions (their opening clause and the website footer give company registration no. 01030986), VAT no.
