How you book

A dated tour calendar at /tour-calendar lists departures with seats remaining, and a separate booking form sits at /tour-book. Each departure is confirmed only once four riders are booked; the company reviews numbers one month before departure. Day counts are not consistent across the site: the home-page tour cards, the individual tour pages and the tour calendar give different figures for the same trip, and the counts recorded here are the ones on the home-page cards. The calendar still carries some 2025 departures alongside the 2026 ones.

A GBP 1,500 booking deposit is taken at reservation and deducted from the tour price; the balance is due by bank transfer at least 60 days before the start. All payments are in pounds sterling and the client bears the bank charges. A refundable GBP 500 security deposit against motorcycle or gear damage is payable on arrival in Ulaanbaatar and returned after the tour if nothing is damaged.

Cancellations must be made in writing. The company retains 50 per cent of the tour price for a cancellation 30 to 60 days before departure and the full tour price within 30 days. If the four-rider minimum is not met the company cancels and refunds in full. A rider who misses the start gets no refund or reschedule; joining the group late costs a further GBP 500 for transport out to it.
