How you book

Products are listed by category with a departure calendar; clicking a date opens the dated itinerary and booking page. Prices are not printed on the listing or the product pages, which show 별도문의 (ask separately) in every fare band, so no figure could be recorded. Each product states a minimum departure size, typically 8 or 10 people. The head office is at Millore Building 1807, 263 Jangchungdan-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul.

Payment is by transfer to the company's NongHyup Bank account 317-0021-7267-51 held in the name of (주)산악투어. Tips for the driver and guide, about USD 40 per person on the Terelj itineraries, are paid locally and are not in the package price.

Cancellation charges follow the Korean standard overseas travel terms as published on each product page: notice more than 30 days before departure returns the deposit; 29 to 20 days costs 10 per cent of the total price, 19 to 10 days 15 per cent, 9 to 8 days 20 per cent, 7 to 1 days 30 per cent, and cancelling on the day of departure 50 per cent.
