How you book

A place is reserved online with an AU$100 deposit by choosing a departure date; a free itinerary brochure can be requested by email and a 15-minute phone call booked. Departures need at least four riders and take at most ten; private tours for your own group are also offered. Travel insurance covering accident, medical expenses and repatriation is mandatory.

A non-refundable AU$100 deposit per person confirms the booking. The balance is due 60 days before departure, or in full at booking if within 60 days. Prices are variable and seasonal, so riders on the same trip may pay different amounts.

60 days or more before departure: the deposit is kept. Between 31 and 55 days: the deposit or 50% of the booking cost, whichever is greater, is kept. 30 days or less: 100% is kept. No refunds for unused services once a trip starts. Changing to another trip or transferring the booking at least 60 days out costs $200 per person per change.
