US adventure travel agency selling custom and group trips on every continent. On 2026-09-23 its Mongolia section had one priced itinerary, the 9-day Mongolia Adventure Tour, sold as a private trip on dates the traveller chooses. The product page lists the Gobi, Khovsgol Lake, Altai trekking, Naadam and Terelj as add-on options for a custom trip, not as separate products. The founder page says Jeff Bonaldi launched the company in 2013. The FAQ says the company does not own or run ground services. Hotels, guides and transport come from independent contractors.

How you book

The product page has 'Request a Detailed Itinerary' and 'Customize This Trip' forms that ask for start and end dates. The trip is sold to private groups, with no minimum or maximum size, on custom dates all year. Prices assume double occupancy. Solo travellers who want their own room pay a single supplement, and a traveller who asks for a roommate but cannot be matched pays 50% of it. The pricing page says travellers may be billed up to USD 100 more if fuel or currency costs rise sharply. All travellers must carry at least USD 200,000 of emergency evacuation and medical cover.

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is in USD by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or bank wire, and wired amounts get a 1% discount. Standard group trips take a USD 650 per person deposit at booking; custom trips and some destinations set their own amount. The deposit is a non-refundable administrative fee. On the standard plan, 20% of the trip cost is due 120 days before departure and the balance 95 days before. Bookings made less than 95 days before departure are paid in full.

The terms and conditions give this scale for standard group trips: 95 days or more before departure, the USD 650 per person administrative fee is kept; 61–94 days, 60% of the total trip cost; 60 days or less, and at or after departure, 100%. The FAQ page repeats the policy with different bands: 76–94 days, 60%; 75 days or fewer, 100%. The terms say custom trips and trips with permits may carry different terms, which are set out at registration. No refund is due when a trip is cancelled by force majeure.
