How you book

Tours are booked by departure date, with or without flights from London Heathrow; the booking engine was being updated when checked, so bookings were taken through a request form and confirmed by phone. Airport transfers are included only for travellers who book flights with Jules Verne. Pre- and post-tour nights are available on request. The contact page also lists customersupport@vjv.com and customerexperience@vjv.com.

Standard deposit GBP 350 to 550 per person (higher on some arrangements); bookings within 61 days of departure pay in full. The payment clause gives the balance due date as 61 days before departure in one sentence and 91 days in another. A 2027 promotion advertises a GBP 27 per person deposit and GBP 250 off with code EARLY250 (terms apply).

Before 61 days: loss of deposit. 60-42 days: 50% of the total holiday cost. 41-33 days: 60%. 32-15 days: 90%. 14 days or less: 100%. Airline ticketing and hotel terms can raise charges. Instead of cancelling, travellers 14 or more days from departure may transfer to another small group tour or take a credit voucher (valid 12 months), less non-refundable costs.
