Booking is by a form on the single-page site; the dates section reads 'Coming Soon', so no departure dates were published when checked, only a stated riding season of June to September. Riders arrange their own international flights to Ulaanbaatar and their own accommodation for the night before the expedition starts; the team meets arrivals and transfers them to the hotel. The team states it is reachable 24/7 by WhatsApp, phone or Facebook Messenger once booked.

A non-refundable booking amount of USD 500 per rider secures a place. The page states that 50 per cent is paid at least 30 days before the trip and the rest on arrival in Mongolia. The tour price is described as all-inclusive with no hidden charges.

The deposit is non-refundable. More than 90 days before departure anything paid beyond the deposit is refunded; 61 to 90 days before, 50 per cent of the total price is refunded; 31 to 60 days before, 25 per cent; within 30 days, nothing. A booking may be transferred to another rider with the company's approval, with any administrative cost charged to the original rider. If the company cancels for insufficient numbers or force majeure, riders may transfer to a future expedition or take a refund less unrecoverable third-party costs.
