How you book

Trips are booked online from the trip page. A booking needs the trip deposit plus an online registration form, which must be completed within a week or the place may be lost. Trips run once a minimum group size is booked. Existing bookings are handled at support@wildwomenexpeditions.com. Medical travel insurance with at least US$200,000 of evacuation and repatriation cover is compulsory, and proof of cover is required; cancellation, interruption and property insurance is strongly recommended.

Mongolia Explorer takes a US$995 non-refundable deposit. The final balance is due 90 days before the trip starts; bookings made within 90 days are paid in full. Trips outside Canada are priced in US dollars, and payment can be made in USD or CAD through the Stripe platform. Surcharges can be added up to 90 days before departure.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to support@wildwomenexpeditions.com. Deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels more than 90 days before the trip starts, the deposit becomes a travel credit (minus unrecoverable costs), valid for travel up to 31 December of the following year, and any other payments made are refunded in full or kept as credit. If the client cancels within 90 days of departure, all payments are forfeited with no refund or transfer credit. If the company cancels for reasons other than force majeure, the client can choose a full refund or another trip.
